Patrick Smith
Patrick Smith is the co-founder of Steward Smith Consulting and carries a vast array of experiences in non-profit, military, and educational leadership. After joining a fraternity in college, Patrick was catapulted onto the national stage as the National Trainer for a small fraternity in the Midwest region.

Patrick's experience gave him event planning, non-profit start-up, organizational development, and project management. After his five year stint, Patrick resigned and enlisted in the military, where he currently serves on staff as a commissioned officer.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from Western Kentucky University.
Lydia Smith
Lydia Smith is the co-founder of Steward Smith Consulting and is an accomplished leader in the field of healthcare administration. For the past 15 years, Lydia's leadership in healthcare has consistently given her acclaim and attention by her company.

Lydia's experience gives her a firm knowledge in operational management, conflict resolution, project management, leadership training, and organizational development.

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Saint Louis University, and a Master of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.
